Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of front-end development with React/JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Science / Information Technology / Computer Science or related field.
• Experience designing reusable component libraries or design systems.
• Strong knowledge of web accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience collaborating with product, design, QA, and backend teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members by sharing experience and knowledge to solve problems.
• Look for ways to improve processes and functionality to deliver increased value to Mindgrub and its clients.
• Participate in all aspects of engineering projects.
• Design, build, and maintain responsive web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Develop reusable, accessible UI components and scalable front-end architecture.
• Implement client-side state management, routing, data fetching, error handling, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, backend engineering, and client stakeholders to translate product and UX requirements into polished web experiences.
