Job summary

FuseGlobal is seeking a Senior R&D Project Manager (Frozen Food) to lead cross-functional R&D programs from concept to launch in a remote U.S. setting. This role reports to the Product Technology Center PMO lead, with an initial 14-month term and standard M-F schedule (8am-5pm).

Responsibilities include end-to-end project planning, stakeholder management, and driving project execution across R&D, marketing, QA, engineering, and product development to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Science or engineering degree (or equivalent) with project management knowledge.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in R&D and/or food & beverage.
• 7+ years of experience in R&D, operations, markets, and/or commercial functions.
• PMI/PMI certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple R&D projects within the product technology center with focus on Innovation and Renovation in frozen foods.
• Plan projects end-to-end aligned with I2L and corporate strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet defined success criteria and business case.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate project status to leadership and partners.
• Coach and develop junior project managers within the team.
