Job summary

FuseGlobal in Solon, Ohio, is seeking a Senior R&D Project Manager (CPG) to lead multiple R&D programs across frozen foods, including meals, pizza, and snacking. Plan end-to-end projects, align with Idea-to-Launch (I2L) and key corporate strategies, and drive results with cross-functional teams.

You will manage stakeholders, communicate status with clear presentations, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while coaching junior PMs and building a strong project-management culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Science or engineering required.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in R&D and/or food & beverage.
• 7+ years of experience in R&D, operations, markets, and/or commercial functions.
• PMP/PMI certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead several R&D projects and programs within the product technology center, focusing on Innovation and Renovation in frozen foods (meals, pizza, snacking).
• Plan projects end-to-end, aligning with Idea-to-Launch (I2L) and corporate strategies.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams to meet KPIs and business case.
• Manage stakeholders and report to the PMO lead to ensure on-time delivery.
