Qualifications

• 5+ years of project-management experience in QA, quality systems, or related functions.
• Strong knowledge of GxP principles (GMP, GCP, GDP).
• Proven ability to plan, schedule, and report on multiple cross-functional projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with QMS and document-management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of QA projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, action trackers, risk logs, and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including QA, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Facilitate project meetings and document decisions, action items, owners, and due dates.
• Track scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues; escalate as needed.
• Support QA initiatives involving quality systems, audits, and process improvement.
• Partner with QA SMEs to align with GxP requirements.
• Assist in coordinating QMS activities, including change controls and CAPAs.
• Prepare concise dashboards, materials, and updates for stakeholders.
• Develop and track corrective action plans from audits or findings.
• Identify opportunities to improve project-management practices and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain inspection-ready project documentation.
