Kreative Technologies, LLC is seeking a Test Technician to run software tests and report results for client applications. You will follow test scripts, log defects clearly, and help ensure releases work as expected.

The ideal candidate is careful, patient and detail-oriented, capable of repeating steps precisely and describing problems so developers can fix them. This is remote work within DC, FL, GA, MD, TX, or VA.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of software testing, QA or technical support experience.
• Experience following written test procedures and documenting results.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as Jira, ALM or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Executes manual test cases and test scripts according to test plans.
• Records test results and captures evidence such as screenshots.
• Logs defects with clear steps to reproduce, expected results and actual results.
• Retests fixed defects and runs regression tests.
• Prepares and maintains test data.
• Assists with updating test cases and test documentation.
• Supports user acceptance testing as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
