Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Selenium or other automation testing frameworks.
Strong working knowledge of Jira and DevOps environments and their use in testing and delivery.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Management Consultant to lead quality assurance and testing initiatives across enterprise-level IT projects, with a particular focus on pharmacy-related programs. In this role, you will oversee a team of automation engineers and drive the implementation of effective quality management strategies. You will play a key role in designing testing methodologies, optimizing technical infrastructure, and ensuring the delivery of reliable, high-quality technology solutions. Working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership, you will translate complex requirements into scalable and cost-effective quality solutions. Accountabilities

Lead and manage a team of automation engineers responsible for testing pharmacy-related IT projects and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Identify opportunities to optimize testing processes, resource allocation, and overall quality performance.
Provide strategic guidance and leadership throughout project implementation, ensuring alignment between testing activities, technical requirements, and business goals.
Communicate project progress, quality performance, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in quality management, quality assurance, software testing, or related IT disciplines.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional qualifications.
Demonstrated experience leading quality assurance teams, automation engineers, or large-scale testing initiatives.
Hands‑on experience with Selenium or other automation testing frameworks.
Strong working knowledge of Jira and DevOps environments, including their application in testing and project delivery processes.
Proven ability to develop and implement quality management strategies and testing methodologies for complex IT programs.
Strong strategic and critical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate challenges and design effective quality solutions.
Excellent project management and leadership capabilities, including experience coordinating teams, managing priorities, and driving results.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical professionals, business partners, and executive stakeholders.
Experience in healthcare technology or healthcare-related IT projects is highly preferred.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
