Cyclops is seeking a Senior QA Engineer for a remote role operating in US hours. You will own test strategy for a crypto payments platform, writing and maintaining automated UI and API tests on a shared framework, and moving routine regression into CI to keep releases on track.

You will combine hands-on exploratory testing with strong automated coverage, review requirements with product and engineering, and ensure quality of client-facing releases through thorough acceptance testing.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer on web applications.
• Strong automation scripting experience using TypeScript.
• Proficiency with Playwright and modern automation frameworks.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on manual testing: exploratory, regression, and acceptance.
• Experience with API testing tools like Insomnia or Postman.
• SQL knowledge for data verification and testing.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own test strategy and execution for the squad, including acceptance, exploratory, and regression testing.
• Write and maintain automated UI and API tests on the shared framework.
• Prioritize automation backlog and push routine regression into CI.
• Review requirements with product and engineering and provide feedback.
• Verify client-facing releases and perform acceptance testing.
• Communicate issues with stakeholders and vendors; maintain QA docs.
