Job summary

Veeva Systems seeks a Senior Safety Domain Expert for Veeva Falcon to bridge hands-on case processing with strategic PV operations and to shape next-generation safety automation. You will collaborate with internal technical teams and early adopters, acting as the Voice of the Customer to ensure flawless safety automation.

The role requires 5+ years in pharmacovigilance, deep knowledge of case processing, global expedited reporting, and experience with AI-driven tools to enhance PV operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Pharmacovigilance/Drug Safety Operations
• Deep understanding of case intake, validation, reconciliation
• Strategic PV Operations with automation/digital transformation
• AI-driven software or ML experience in life sciences
• Ability to bridge PV with technical product teams and present to executives

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end workflow guidance to product and engineering teams
• Review AI-driven platform outputs for accuracy and safety
• Translate PV trends into platform capabilities and automation
• Engage with early adopters to capture actionable feedback
• Develop stress-test scenarios to calibrate platform reasoning
