Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking an Assessment Measurement Specialist to provide psychometric expertise for K12 assessment programs and related initiatives. You will analyze interim, growth, and state assessments, evaluate reliability and validity, and translate technical findings for nontechnical stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication skills, independent work style, and the ability to review vendor documentation and growth measures to inform assessment selection and renewal decisions.

Qualifications

• Master’s in psychometrics, educational measurement, or related field; or equivalent.
• 8+ years in psychometrics, educational measurement, or assessment analytics.
• Ability to translate complex findings for nontechnical audiences.
• Experience reviewing vendor technical documentation and growth measures.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychometric expertise for K12 assessment programs and initiatives.
• Review interim and growth assessment options and recommend fit for use.
• Review results for unusual patterns and conduct targeted technical reviews.
• Evaluate reliability, validity, and measurement error of results.
