Qualifications

• Ph.D. in educational statistics, measurement, psychometrics or related field with 5+ years of practice.
• Extensive experience with educational assessment and standard psychometric procedures.
• Familiarity with education technology infrastructure, databases, and development languages.

Responsibilities

• Develops plans and executes psychometric projects and research.
• Directs project schedules, client communications, and data evaluation.
• Conducts linking/equating studies and develops research summaries.
• Implements psychometric methods and stays abreast of literature.
