Noridian Healthcare Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Provider Auditor to conduct CMS and other financial analyses, desk reviews, and on-site audits to ensure proper Medicare reimbursements. The role requires strong knowledge of Medicare rules and the ability to interact professionally with providers.

The position supports remote work eligibility and requires at least 3 years of Medicare auditing experience, with opportunities to mentor staff and train new joiners across the Provider Audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in accounting, business, or finance.
• 3 years' Medicare auditing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Advanced knowledge of Medicare rules and regulations to ensure accurate reimbursements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CMS and other financial analyses, desk reviews, and audits (in-house and on-site).
• Maintain professional relationships with providers and facilities.
• Provide training and guidance to staff; participate in outreach to providers.
• Ensure compliance with CMS requirements and internal policies.
