Job summary

PRESWERX is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator who brings design mastery to every pursuit. You will lead the visual design and coordination of print and digital proposals and shortlisted presentations, translating dense technical content into clear, engaging narratives that resonate with selection committees.

You will own the end-to-end design workflow, collaborating with account executives and marketing leaders to ensure on-brand, high-impact deliverables while embracing AI tools to move

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on marketing, proposal, and presentation experience in the A/E/C industry.
• Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint; build layouts from scratch and craft interactive visuals.
• Portfolio clearly showing proposals and presentations with evidence of craft, systems thinking, and storytelling.
• Strong visual communication instincts: hierarchy, whitespace, rhythm, and guiding a reviewer’s eye.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills; able to tighten copy and ensure consistency.
• Proactive, self-directed work style; able to collaborate with distributed teams in a fully remote setup.
• Curiosity and openness to learning and integrating new AI-driven tools into design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own proposals and presentations from kickoff to final delivery, coordinating strategy and content.
• Design highly visual, modern proposals in InDesign and interactive PowerPoint presentations for RFQs and pursuits.
• Turn complex technical content into clear, concise narratives with strong visuals and infographics.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing leadership, and client teams to align design with win strategy.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, templates, and standards while allowing creativity.
• Explore and adopt AI and other tools to improve speed and output quality.
