Job summary

The Bank of Missouri is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead senior-level projects and programs, ensuring governance and framework adherence across enterprise initiatives. The role reports to the TMO Program Manager and carries no supervisory duties.

You will drive intake, roadmaps and testing status, create essential project artifacts, and support executive communications. A PMP/PMI background and strong stakeholder skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, business administration or related field.
• PMP or PMI certification preferred.
• 7 years of enterprise project experience, transformation/PMO setting.

Responsibilities

• Administers intake process and related reporting dashboards.
• Manages project execution, high-level roadmaps and status of testing plans.
• Maintains project artifacts and governance standards defined by TMO.
• Prepares Transformation Steering Committee materials and supports TMO status communications.
• Escalates issues to management for projects in jeopardy and supports resource planning.
