Qualifications

• 5–8 years in digital project management for consumer-facing products.
• Experience supporting media, entertainment, sports, or consumer tech.
• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Jira and Asana; familiarity with Agile/CSM, Lean.
• Proven management of cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead multiple sub-projects concurrently.
• Experience developing roadmaps and aligning teams on digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and act as main sprint contact.
• Translate business requirements for technical partners; explain constraints.
• Identify dependencies and capacity constraints to keep projects on track.
• Anticipate roadblocks and implement real-time solutions.
• Prioritize backlogs with clear acceptance criteria and Definition of Done.
• Oversee refinement to ensure actionable and measurable items.
• Lead enterprise-scale digital initiatives from initiation to stabilization.
• Manage cross-functional programs with engineering, vendors, and clients.
• Develop and maintain detailed plans, timelines, milestones, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across teams and vendors.
• Maintain PMO governance standards and status reporting.
• Drive portfolio transparency with dashboards and milestone tracking.
• Facilitate risk management, escalation, and dependency coordination.
• Liaise with business leadership, tech teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Translate technical initiatives into business-aligned outcomes.
• Coordinate deployment planning, migration sequencing, and readiness.
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery as required.
• Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication.
