Monitor health of projects, budgets, deliverables, and resources.
Identify barriers and coordinate with leadership to resolve issues.
Ensure alignment across all teams and contractual commitments.
Act as a primary client contact for progress, risks, and priorities.
Oversee governance activities, steering committees, and communications.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across policy, operations, analytics, and IT.
Synthesize information for executives and internal leadership.
Interpret regulations to inform planning and implementation.
Lead issue resolution and drive accountability across workstreams.
Ensure timely, high-quality client deliverables and billing coordination.
