Job summary

Danaher Diagnostics is seeking a Program Manager for Precision Medicine and BioPharma Solutions (BioPharma). The role drives key projects across BioPharma, partnering with DX DBSL and OpCo teams to deliver high-impact solutions while leveraging DBS tools for continuous improvement.

The candidate should have a scientific or engineering degree with 3+ years of PM experience (PhD/MD preferred) and be prepared to obtain PMP certification. Remote work options are available, with travel 10-20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific/engineering field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of program management experience; PMP preferred and willingness to obtain PMP.
• Experience across full NPD lifecycle from concept to commercial execution.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority, external-facing projects and cross-functional teams in BioPharma.
• Collaborate with Diagnostics OpCo partners to drive BoW programs.
• Use DBS tools (VPM, VSM, Daily Management) and MS Office to manage projects.
