Tolmar is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple strategic projects within Operations, including MS&T, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality, ensuring adherence to budget, scope, timeline, and manufacturing schedule requirements. This role partners with functional areas and CMOs to drive operational excellence, lifecycle management, process optimization, and technology transfers.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or scientific discipline required.
• Eight or more years Project Management experience.
• PMP Certification. AGILE Certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage multiple strategically-focused projects across Tolmar Operations.
• Identify cross-project dependencies, risks, and issues; communicate with stakeholders.
• Implement project management processes and PMO methodologies.
• Coordinate management and technical decision-making; schedule go/no-go at milestones.
• Monitor project budgets and revise forecasts; inform Operations and Finance of changes.
• Develop and maintain detailed Microsoft Project timelines for assigned projects.
