Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Phase I–IV trials from start-up through close-out, coordinating internal partners, clients, vendors, and subcontractors across trials. You will own project scope, timelines, quality, cost, and delivery while partnering with functional leads to resolve issues.

You will also build strong client relationships, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with ICH/GCP standards.

Qualifications

• Life sciences degree preferred, or allied health certification.
• Equivalents in education/experience considered.
• 7+ years in clinical pharma industry or 5+ years in healthcare + 6 years CRO experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams across clinical trials.
• Manage Phase I–IV trials from start-up through close-out, with scope, timelines, quality, cost accountability.
• Develop and maintain project plans, resource strategies, and contingency plans.
