Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Phase I–IV clinical trials from startup to close-out. You will coordinate internal partners, clients, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring milestones, budgets and quality benchmarks are met.

You will manage global programs with cross-functional teams, build client relationships, and oversee risk and contingency planning. Travel up to 10% may be required; remote work is available to US-based candidates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of clinical pharmaceutical industry experience with project management skills.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing scope, timelines and budgets.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and cost-control capabilities.
• Thorough knowledge of ICH Guidelines and GCP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead core and extended cross-functional project teams across trials from start-up to close-out.
• Manage Phase I–IV trials, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, cost and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, resource strategies, and contingency plans.
• Drive financial performance by managing project budgets toward targets.
• Partner with functional leads to resolve issues and implement solutions.
• Build strong client relationships as the primary project contact.
• Address challenges with effective communication, negotiation, and prioritization.
