Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Operations to drive large cross‑functional projects and align them with enterprise delivery standards. This role reports to the Operations PMO and sits within the Operations department, with onsite locations and remote flexibility.

You will lead global initiatives, develop detailed project plans, manage risks, and provide transparent status updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• DBS certification (visual project management, problem solving, daily management, etc.)
• Minimum five years of project management experience.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools; expertise in leading process improvement, operational change, continuous improvement, and manufacturing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage global operations projects across multiple functions, driving process improvements, operational efficiency, and scalable business solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and resource needs. Ensuring projects follow defined delivery methodologies, standards, and governance processes.
• Coordinate cross functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective execution and issue resolution.
• Track and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as appropriate through governance channels.
• Provide clear and timely project status reporting, including milestones, risks, and delivery health.
