Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Operations to lead strategic cross-functional projects across the organization. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver initiatives that align with enterprise delivery standards and governance, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role reports to the Operations PMO leader and supports a workforce spread across multiple U.S. sites, with a remote work arrangement option.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Project management, DBS certification (i.e., visual project management, problem solving, daily management, etc.)
• Prefer minimum of five years project management experience serving in the role as a project manager
• Knowledge and experience using project management methodologies and tools. Demonstrated expertise in leading process improvement, operational change, continuous improvement, and manufacturing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage global operations projects across multiple functions, driving process improvements, operational efficiency, and scalable business solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and resource needs. Ensuring projects follow defined delivery methodologies, standards, and governance processes.
• Coordinate cross functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective execution and issue resolution.
• Track and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as appropriate through governance channels.
• Provide clear and timely project status reporting, including milestones, risks, and delivery health.
