Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Operations to lead large strategic projects and potentially small programs. This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering cross-functional operations projects aligned with enterprise standards.

You will report to the Operations PMO leader and collaborate across multiple sites, driving process improvements and delivering outcomes on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required.
• Project management experience is essential; DBS certification is preferred.
• Experience applying project management methodologies and tools; continuous improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage global operations projects across multiple functions.
• Develop and maintain project plans: scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders; ensure execution and issue resolution.
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate through governance channels.
• Provide clear status reporting on milestones, risks and delivery health.
