Job summary

Gainwell is seeking an Experienced Project Manager to help advance healthcare technology initiatives. You will lead multi‑discipline teams, shape project plans, and ensure delivery of outcomes that improve health and human services for communities served. This role emphasizes governance, collaboration, and impact across programs.

You will coordinate with clients and internal teams to drive schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation while enabling growth and new proposal efforts.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience managing complex projects or programs.
• Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred.
• Proven ability to define scope and manage execution to timelines and budgets.
• Strong PMP knowledge and project management discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more large project management teams by breaking down bigger programs and staffing.
• Spearhead project planning, tracking and oversight with direction and deadlines for quality delivery.
• Communicate with client, company and project leadership; measure and share metrics.
• Create project schedules, program definitions, budgets and objectives across all phases.
• Actively manage risks and support proposal efforts and business development.
