Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a geographically dispersed team in program management, data, and reporting for ICE. This fully remote role involves advising on processes, implementing data analytics, and coordinating with government stakeholders.

The position is contingent on contract award. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years in dynamic customer delivery, with direct experience in law enforcement environments and ICE data/processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or commensurate experience.
• 12+ years of experience in dynamic customer delivery environments (2 years may be removed for a masters).
• Direct experience in a law enforcement environment and with ICE data/processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing processes to streamline reporting and data needs across ICE Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
• Provide leadership on paths for innovation and automation for project deliverables and HQ communications.
• Guide delivery teams on daily/weekly requirements and ad-hoc tasks.
• Lead customer engagement to discuss needs and pathways to resolution.
• Coordinate cross-discipline teams to meet project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Review project deliverables for compliance and quality.
