Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead a geographically dispersed program management team supporting ICE within DHS. The role emphasizes advising on processes, data analytics, case management, and strategic planning in a fully remote capacity.

The position requires 12+ years in dynamic customer delivery, jurisdiction with law enforcement, and ICE data experience. A DHS clearance will be pursued as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or commensurate experience).
• 12+ years of experience in dynamic customer delivery environments (2 years may be removed for a masters degree).
• Direct experience in a Law enforcement specific environment.
• Experience working with ICE specific data and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing processes and practices to streamline reporting and data needs across ICE AORs.
• Provide thought leadership on paths for innovation and automation for project deliverables and HQ communications.
• Guide delivery team personnel on daily/weekly requirements and ad-hoc tasks.
• Lead customer engagement to discuss needs, issues, and pathways to resolution.
• Coordinate cross-discipline teams to ensure adherence to requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Review project deliverables and artifacts to ensure compliance and quality.
• Develop, gather, and disseminate information among business and technical customers.
• Establish effective project communication plans and execution.
• Analyze changes in requirements and recommend timely solutions.
• Translate complex issues into clear, concise narratives for stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations and visualizations using PowerPoint.
