Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division seeks a Project Manager for Critical Power Projects. This remote role supports states nationwide with up to 50% travel to sites and airports, handling design-build and multi-discipline critical power infrastructure initiatives.

Responsibilities include contract administration, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating engineering, procurement, and construction teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of PM experience in design-build electrical projects.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license required.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
• Reside in one of designated states with airport access; no relocation offered.

Responsibilities

• Contract administration for electrical, mechanical, and civil disciplines, including scope, change control, and budgeting.
• Lead design-build and critical power infrastructure projects end-to-end from site assessment to closeout.
• Manage planning, scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and resource coordination.
• Direct modernization, upgrades, installation, and commissioning of critical power systems.
• Oversee multiple projects ensuring safety, quality, cost, schedule and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical leadership to internal teams, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and field activities.
• Develop and manage scope, schedules, budgets, and change orders; ensure contract compliance.
• Support sales/service teams with technical strategies for critical power solutions.
