Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Project Manager for Critical Power Projects. The role can be remote within select states with access to a major airport and up to 50% travel.

You will oversee design-build and critical power infrastructure projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration, from site assessment to commissioning. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, driver’s license, and the ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum project management experience in design-build electrical projects for critical power infrastructure.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Residence in one of the listed states with access to a major airport.
• Ability to obtain access to military/government sites, including eligibility for security clearance.
• No relocation offered; must reside in listed states.

Responsibilities

• Contract administration for electrical, mechanical, and civil disciplines, including scope management and budget oversight.
• Lead design-build and critical power infrastructure projects from site assessment through commissioning and closeout.
• Manage project delivery: planning, scheduling, budgeting, contract/subcontract administration, change management, resources.
• Direct modernization, upgrades, installation, and commissioning of electrical power systems and related infrastructure.
• Oversee multiple projects while ensuring safety, quality, cost, schedule, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Provide technical and project leadership to internal teams, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
