Job summary

Welltower is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Capital Projects (Southwest) to oversee remote, high‑level capital initiatives in senior housing portfolios. The role centers on scope development, renovation planning, and budgeting to maximize asset value, with some travel expectations.

The position is remote with preference for Arizona residency and requires 5+ years in related project management. A background check and screenings apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ project management experience in seniors housing or multifamily industries.

Responsibilities

• Manages and executes daily on-site activities for multiple projects and leads project meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Conducts frequent property inspections to ensure safety, supervise contractors, and maintain property integrity.
• Ensures projects are on schedule and within budget, aligning with Scope of Work and Contract Documents.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and final sign-off inspections with stakeholders; manage close-out documents.
• Prepare/update weekly/monthly project status reports and process invoices/change orders.
