Job summary

Welltower, Inc. seeks a proactive project manager to oversee several senior housing capital projects from a remote location near Seattle. You will manage on-site activities, coordinate with contractors, and report progress to stakeholders across multiple sites.

Your role emphasizes safety, schedule adherence, and budget control, with a focus on conformance to contract documents and successful project close-out. A college degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is highly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of related construction experience.
• Experience with senior housing or healthcare-related projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple senior housing capital projects within the Seattle region remotely.
• Coordinate meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Lead on-site activities, inspect work, and ensure safety and scope compliance.
• Track progress, manage schedules and budgets, and prepare status reports.
• Support project close-out documentation and administrative tasks.
