Job summary

Welltower, Inc. seeks an Associate Project Manager for Capital Projects (Southwest). This remote role, based in Arizona, will oversee multiple senior housing capital projects in the Southern California market, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, a degree in a relevant field, and travel between project sites. Competitive compensation includes base salary plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple complex senior housing capital projects in the Southern California market.
• Manage approximately 3-5 projects simultaneously depending on scope and complexity.
• Oversee contractors, construction schedules, and provide status reports to stakeholders.
• Attend and organize stakeholder meetings; ensure close-out documents are in order.
• Prepare/update weekly project status reports and maintain construction trackers.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
