Job summary

Welltower is seeking an Associate Project Manager for Capital Projects, Southwest, to oversee multiple senior housing projects. This remote role must reside in Arizona, with responsibilities spanning contractor oversight, inspections, and status reporting.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, monitor safety and budgets, and manage close-out documentation across the Southern California market. Requires 3+ years in real estate/construction roles and a high school diploma; bachelor’s preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site activities across multiple projects.
• Coordinate meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and safety practices.
• Lead contractor oversight and risk escalation.
• Ensure compliance with Scope of Work and Contract Documents.
• Prepare weekly status reports for stakeholders.
• Manage project close-out documentation.
