Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in building automation or mission-critical construction.
• Experience leading large or complex projects in senior PM or exec roles.
• Strong knowledge of BAS/BMS, EPMS, SCADA, and integrated control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle execution of multiple BAS/EPMS/SCADA projects.
• Oversee project financial performance including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow.
• Drive schedule, safety, quality, procurement, and client satisfaction.
• Serve as primary escalation point for high-profile clients and stakeholders.
• Lead executive-level project meetings and change order negotiations.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and field teams.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, estimating, supply chain, and field teams.
• Review technical documentation and ensure contractual compliance.
• Support strategic growth initiatives and future project pursuits.
