Responsibilities

• Drive day‑to‑day internal execution of Cyclops solid rocket motor development
• Maintain detailed internal schedules and cross‑functional coordination
• Manage internal priorities and development flow, ensuring rapid progress with technical rigor
• Coordinate with the Program Manager to align internal execution with external commitments and milestones
• Facilitate technical decision flow with documented trade studies, design changes, and integration plans
• Support integration and test operations to ensure artifacts and configurations are ready on time
