Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in engineering project management or related roles.
• Experience coordinating engineering teams and schedules.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environments combining private investment with government-funded testing.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with chief engineering, systems engineering and mission assurance.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day internal execution of the Cyclops solid rocket motor development, ensuring engineering, integration, and test teams operate with clarity, pace, and alignment.
• Maintain detailed internal schedules and cross-functional work coordination.
• Manage internal priorities and development flow while maintaining technical rigor.
• Coordinate with the Program Manager to align with external commitments and milestones.
• Facilitate technical decision flow; ensure documentation and traceability of changes and tests.
• Work with discipline leads to identify and resolve roadblocks and accelerate hardware development.
• Support integration and test operations with ready artifacts and verified plans.
• Track risks, schedule drivers, and dependencies; support company-wide risk management.
• Maintain alignment with systems engineering requirements, ICDs, and verification flows.
• Assist chief engineering to keep development activities on technical baseline.
