Jobgether SRL is seeking a Sr. Director, CMC Project Management based in the United States.

You will drive planning, coordination, and execution of CMC activities across biopharmaceutical programs, translating strategy into integrated, actionable plans that span development, manufacturing, analytical, regulatory, and clinical supply. You will oversee critical-path milestones, budgets, and vendor activities while collaborating with CMC leaders and external CDMOs.

Qualificações

• Significant project management experience within CMC/Technical Operations in biopharma or life sciences.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional CMC development programs with multiple workstreams and vendors.
• Experience developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, dashboards, risk logs, and action trackers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to deliver concise updates to senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Technical Operations leadership and CMC leads to maintain integrated CMC development plans.
• Build and maintain complex project plans, timelines, and Gantt charts across development, manufacturing, stability, regulatory, and clinical supply.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints; escalate issues to leadership as needed.
• Track budgets, forecasts, invoices, and vendor performance; support annual budgeting and reforecasts.
• Maintain organized electronic documents and SharePoint structures for plans, reports, and regulatory materials.
