Job summary

Twilio, a remote-first company, is hiring a Sr. Program Manager, Talent Development to design and lead live learning experiences that shape how Twilions grow, lead, and collaborate across the globe.

Reporting to the Senior Director, you will design programs, facilitate sessions, coach leaders, and help build a bench of internal facilitators while measuring impact on behavior and business outcomes. Travel ~25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in related field.
• 7–10 years in talent development; design and facilitation of leadership programs.
• Executive offsites experience; strategic planning and team alignment.
• Expert facilitation across in-person, virtual and hybrid formats.
• Strong instructional design with scalable train-the-trainer models.
• Executive presence, confidentiality and trust with senior leaders.
• Experience using learning data to show impact and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build leadership development programs end to end globally.
• Facilitate programs in person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
• Lead leadership team offsites and drive outcomes and commitments.
• Coach leaders and high-potential talent one-on-one and in teams.
• Develop internal facilitators and set design standards.
• Partner with HRBPs to diagnose capability gaps and solutions.
• Measure impact through feedback, behavior change, and business metrics.
