Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Health Care Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience; HS diploma required
• 5 years of work experience in healthcare, PBM, specialty pharmacy, or health care consulting
• 1 year of project/program management experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and lead operational plans for programs across market segments and maintaining alignment across initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely, on-budget implementation
• Conduct analysis, design solutions, and monitor performance against metrics and client requirements
• Manage programs and implement tools/enhancements to support new strategies
• Develop business cases to support new program opportunities/enhancements and performance targets
• Other duties as assigned
