Job summary

E Tech Group is seeking a Program Manager to lead multiple projects and squads of engineers, coordinating with major clients and driving successful delivery across diverse facilities. This remote role includes 30% travel and requires strong leadership.

The candidate will oversee resources, ensure profitability, and maintain client satisfaction while collaborating with sales and project management for long‑term success.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years PM experience or 10+ years in project engineering.
• PMP credential.
• Proven PM leader in technologies with familiarity with industrial controls projects.
• Ability to develop PLC and HMI programs in one or more languages (Schneider Electric, AVEVA, Rockwell).
• Travel up to 30%.
• Physical ability to stand, lift 50 lbs and navigate stairs/ladders.
• DNA of collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate with major clients, focusing on E Tech Group resources.
• Manage internal and external resources to estimate, sell, and implement multiple systems across various applications and locations.
• Act as the primary client contact, responsible for financial decisions and long-term goals for both organizations.
• Oversee client revenue opportunities, project pursuit, proposal development, negotiation, and order closing.
• Support the Program Director and Business Development Manager in creating client-specific strategies and tactical plans.
• Ensure the technical, financial, and commercial success of solutions, maintaining project schedules, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Typically leads multiple or high-risk projects with expert-level competency in maximizing value from E Tech Group products and services.
• Duties may occasionally require work on weekends or holidays.
• Be an ambassador who embodies our Core Values, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group and the teams.
