Job summary

HBD Industries is seeking a Senior Automation Program Manager to lead the automation roadmap across multiple sites. The role involves defining, developing, and executing projects that improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.

You will partner with the Automation Project Engineer to drive implementations from concept through to startup. The role requires strong project management, cross-functional leadership, and experience delivering capital projects with clear business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
3+ years of manufacturing/automation experience with increasing responsibility.
Demonstrated experience leading automation projects from concept to implementation.
Experience developing capital project justifications and ROI analyses.
Experience managing external suppliers, system integrators, and contractors.

Responsibilities

Lead shop-floor assessments to identify automation opportunities.
Develop charters, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments for projects.
Coordinate cross-functional implementation teams across operations, IT, quality, and safety.
Present recommendations and investment proposals to plant and senior leadership.
