Job summary

TechBiz Global is recruiting a Senior Program Manager to lead the IGA program within the Global IT Security function for a client. This remote, 6-month engagement focuses on delivering a multi-year roadmap, governance structures, and agile transformation using JIRA.

You will coordinate with HR, IT infrastructure, and GIS leadership, mentor PMs, and deliver leadership updates for executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Program Manager in large, global organizations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms in large IT initiatives.
• Strong background in agile methodologies and hands‑on experience with JIRA and agile metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Experience leading multiple workstreams and mentoring PMs.
• IGA/cybersecurity experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall planning and execution of the IGA Program within Global IT Security.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year program roadmap.
• Set up governance structures, tools, and reporting frameworks.
• Drive agile transformation using JIRA for sprint management and reporting.
• Act as a strategic liaison between cross‑functional leadership teams including HR, IT infrastructure, and GIS.
• Oversee and mentor junior project managers.
• Escalate issues and risks and mitigate challenges.
• Prepare and deliver leadership decks and weekly status reports for executives.
• Collaborate with the Director of GIS IAM to resolve issues and update the SteerCo.
• Partner with GBS IT PMO leadership to align on program structure and provide updates.
