Job summary

Splan Inc. is seeking a Senior Identity Management Solutions Architect to join our U.S. team remotely.

You will work with enterprise customers, sales, partners, and internal engineering to design identity and access solutions across IAM, IGA, and PIAM, covering digital and physical identities. The role requires hands-on experience with IAM architectures, lifecycle management, and security technologies, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in IAM/IGA, security architecture, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes and lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating IAM with HR systems, directories, and business applications.
• Ability to translate business and security requirements into architecture and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with enterprise customers on IAM/IGA/PIAM needs.
• Design end-to-end identity and access architectures aligned with security requirements.
• Create diagrams, integration designs, and technical proposals for stakeholders.
• Support sales opportunities from discovery to PoCs and deployment planning.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to deliver solutions.
• Stay current with IAM, Zero Trust, and workforce identity technologies.
