Job summary

Airitos is seeking an experienced Part-Time Consulting IGA Engineer (Entra ID Governance) for a fully remote contract, about 20 hours weekly from November 1 to January 15.

You will implement identity governance workflows, configure entitlement management, access reviews, and CA policies while interfacing with a lead architect. This client-facing role requires deep technical capability and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing IGA in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID Governance and entitlement management.
• Experience with joiner/mover/leaver workflow patterns and automation.
• Experience configuring Conditional Access policies with lifecycle events.
• Experience with access reviews and certification campaigns.
• Knowledge of on-premises Active Directory in hybrid setups.
• Understanding of modern auth (OIDC, SAML) and RBAC/PBAC/ABAC.
• Familiarity with Azure environments and client-facing documentation.
• Ability to explain configuration decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform discovery of identity sources, target systems, and entitlements for the architect.
• Input governance design and tool configuration decisions to the architect.
• Configure identity lifecycle workflows for joiner, mover, and leaver events.
• Build and configure entitlement structures including catalogs, access packages, and policies.
• Configure access reviews and certification campaigns with scope and remediation.
• Configure Conditional Access policies aligned to lifecycle states.
• Run test cycles and validate provisioning/deprovisioning across users and accounts.
• Produce as-built docs and support administrator training and handoff.
