The role emphasizes integrated planning, risk mitigation, and exec-level communication. A Bachelor’s degree with extensive experience in medical device or health tech is required, with travel up to 15–25% and a flexible home-office setup.

• At this level, a graduate degree may be expected with 6 years of related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage commercialization programs, launch workstreams, market expansions across the Americas region.
• Develop integrated commercial readiness and launch plans, timelines, milestones, action trackers, and dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and regional stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings and readiness check-ins to track deliverables, owners, dependencies, decisions, and critical-path activities.
