Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

• PM certification (PMP or PgMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects for implementation or process improvement.
• Oversee all aspects of program planning, management, and execution (scope, schedule, budget).
• Create comprehensive timelines and ensure deliverables are maintained to PM standards.
• Coordinate multiple PMs/BA teams across Operations, Finance, Benefit Operations, etc.
• Create dashboards for executive updates and project status; provide ongoing analytics reports.
• Develop and deliver training materials to indirect reports and peers.
