Job summary

Centene Corp. is seeking a Program Manager IV to lead the national Gold Card program initiatives. This role drives cross‑functional projects, governance, and operational readiness across markets and regulatory environments, with a focus on program planning, risk management, and executive visibility.

You will coordinate PMs and business analysts across multiple workstreams, develop executive dashboards, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining strong stakeholder communication and compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s preferred.
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale cross-functional projects for Gold Card program implementation and operations.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, dependencies and resource alignment.
• Coordinate PMs and business analysts across multiple workstreams (Operations, Finance, Benefit Operations, Analytics, Configuration, Regulatory).
• Develop executive-level dashboards and status reporting to communicate program health, milestones, risks, and outcomes.
• Proactively manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and budget forecasts across Gold Card initiatives.
• Prepare materials for Program Steering Committees and executive leadership with risk assessments and progress updates.
