Job summary

NationsBenefits India is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive operational execution and governance within its Data & Analytics organization. You will partner with Data, Analytics, Engineering, Product, and Business teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with key priorities.

You will lead cross-functional programs, develop project plans, identify risks, and provide executive-ready reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management or related fields.
• Experience with data, analytics, BI, or data engineering teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of Data & Analytics initiatives and strategic programs
• Coordinate delivery across analytics, data engineering, platform engineering, and business teams
• Develop project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines
• Identify risks, blockers, and competing priorities while driving resolution and accountability
• Lead program reviews, action tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder communications
• Develop executive-ready reporting, presentations, and progress updates
• Support demand management, prioritization, and resource planning activities
• Improve operational processes, governance frameworks, and delivery effectiveness across the organization
• Partner closely with leadership to translate strategic priorities into measurable execution plans
