Job summary

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. The role requires 3–5 years in program management, a Bachelor’s in Business, and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of program or project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• PMP or certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; familiarity with Jira, MS Project, Trello.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating projects from initiation to completion.
• Support the definition of project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Assist in developing and implementing program strategies that align with objectives and deliver value.
• Monitor progress and report status to stakeholders.
