Qualifications

• Progressive experience in business operations, program management, strategy and operations in a complex multi-site or rapidly scaling organization.
• Experience designing and managing executive-level operating reviews and performance reporting.
• U.S. Person status with eligibility for a security clearance, required for ITAR obligations and site footprint.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve the company's business operating rhythm with clear standards for inputs, outputs, decisions, actions, and accountability.
• Partner with the COO and VP of Programs to focus operating reviews on metrics, risks, decisions, and actions that matter most.
• Build and maintain an enterprise KPI framework with ownership, cadence, and governance.
