The Role
The Program Integration Principal serves as a trusted operating partner to the VP of Programs and COO, building the execution infrastructure that connects strategy to results across the enterprise. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role requiring strong business acumen, analytical rigor, and the ability to drive accountability across senior leaders and functions without direct authority. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving, complex environments and is motivated by building structure, improving decision-making, and helping organizations execute at their best. This position will be Remote.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the company's business operating rhythm — establishing clear standards for meeting inputs, outputs, decision‑making, action tracking, and accountability
- Partner with the COO and VP of Programs to ensure operating reviews are focused on the metrics, risks, decisions, and actions that matter most
- Build and maintain an enterprise-wide KPI framework — defining meaningful indicators, ownership, reporting cadence, and governance in partnership with functional leaders
- Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and management reports that enable leaders to quickly identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Drive root‑cause analysis when performance deviates from plan and translate findings into corrective actions
- Establish and continuously improve program management best practices, tools, templates, and governance standards across the organization
- Create lightweight, scalable processes that strengthen execution without introducing unnecessary overhead
- Partner with site and functional leaders to evaluate operational performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, cost, quality, and delivery
- Develop consistent methods for comparing performance across sites and surfacing meaningful performance drivers
- Translate complex operational data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership

Basic Qualifications
- Previous progressive experience in business operations, program management, strategy and operations, or a related field in a complex, multi-site, or rapidly scaling organization
- Demonstrated experience designing and managing executive‑level operating reviews and performance reporting
- U.S. Person status with eligibility for a security clearance, required given ITAR obligations and site footprint
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong program management capabilities with experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives involving senior stakeholders
- Experience developing KPI frameworks, dashboards, scorecards, and management reporting infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to translate operational data into insights, decisions, and actions
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, with experience developing materials that go directly to senior leadership
- Proven ability to influence and drive accountability across teams without relying on direct authority
- Familiarity with continuous improvement, operational excellence, or Lean methodologies
- Prior experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or a private-equity‑owned business
- Experience supporting a COO, business unit leader, or senior operating executive in a carve‑out, separation, or post‑transaction environment
