Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a program planning professional to join its Integrated Program Planning team. This remote role reports to the Program Planning Manager and collaborates with finance, contracts, and technical leads to develop and maintain the Program Measurement Baseline (PMB).

You will ensure compliance with governmental and customer requirements and support schedule and cost analyses. The ideal candidate will have a university degree and 2+ years of program planning experience,

Qualifications

• University degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) compliant with governmental and corporate requirements showing cost and schedule integration.
• Assist in planning and cost estimating tasks.
• Analyze and report to ensure programs meet or exceed schedule commitments.
• Prepare schedules for all contract work and perform analyses such as critical path, schedule risk and variance.
• Incorporate contractual and programmatic changes into the IMS to maintain current baselines.
